Refund and Returns Policy.

Position and The Westerman Jilya Institute are committed to offering you a simple and enjoyable shopping experience. If something goes wrong, we are here to help you.

If you change your mind, make an incorrect choice or your item is faulty, we will issue you with a refund. We do not accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. Please note, returns must be received by Position within 14 days of purchase and arrive in an unused, original, re-sellable condition with all original packaging.

When returning items, please note that you are responsible for the costs incurred in shipping back to us. Once the return is received, our team will assess the item and contact you to advise the next course of action. All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment used when the item was purchased. To return an item, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] and include your order number, item being returned, and reason for return.
