Shipping Policy

Position and the Westerman Jilya Institute are committed to ensuring the timely delivery of your order. All orders placed on this store are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please note, we operate Monday to Friday only and are closed on all South Australian public holidays. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15 per order.

Depending on your location, shipping will take between 3-7 business days. Orders to remote areas, or placed during peak times, may take longer, depending on our freight provider. We do not ship to PO Boxes so please ensure you use a home or work address for delivery. Once the order/s have left our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel your order or change the delivery address.
